Stop smoking
Once you have taken the decision to become a non-smoker, Amanda can help you to make it an easier transition. A typical stop smoking session will last 1 ½ - 2 hours and is a one-off session.
During this time a thorough case history of your smoking habits and conditioning will be taken. This will include situations in which you used to smoke, concerns about the possible psychological side effects and much more. This information will be adapted and used to form an individually tailored trance session. Accompanied by the relaxation so characteristic of hypnosis, the suggestions will gear towards you doing everything you did before just as a non-smoker. After all your body knew how to get along before you started it just needs to be reminded!
Commonly feared psychological side effects such as cravings, weight gain and irritability will be addressed and anything else you may fear.
